Calling child actors, classical singers and modern dancers!
When two young boys learn a lesson in sibling rivalry they are transported into a world of magic, sorcery and imagination.
Currently auditioning for the fun-filled stage play ULTIMUS VENEFICUS (Last of the Sorcerers) directed by award-winner playwright, Fred Anthony Taylor.Accepting experienced and non-experienced actors.
Roles:
Queen Leviticus(paid role) needs to be a classical singer, 30's-50's. Queen Elizabeth type.
King Jude(paid role) – white male, 30’s to 50’s. Must have vocal ability.Jude is a singing King.
Timothy- white male, age 9 to 12years. Preference for children who can speak with or has Shakespearean experience.
Peter– white male, age 9 to 12years. Preference for children who can speak with or has Shakespearean experience.
John– white male, age 9 to 12years. Preference for children who can speak with or has Shakespearean experience.
Jacob– white males, age 11-13.Plays the evil brother
David – white male, age 16 to 19.Play a young Knight.
Princess– white female, age 9 to 12 years.Preference for children who can sing and/or speak with or has Shakespearean experience.
4 modern dancers– any ethnicity, age 15 and older

Please prepare a short monologue (less than 2 minutes), and if applying for a singing role, a few bars of a musical selection. May also be asked to read from sides.
