*Roles:*
*Peter:* 23 to 28 years old. A naturally curious and engaging young man
although still a simple fellow at heart. Not necessarily handsome but still
he is interesting looking.  He is alone in the world searching for a
partner.

*Rita:* 23 to 28 years old. The phrase, “… still waters run deep”, really
describes Rita. Outwardly she is an interesting, articulate and maybe an
even good looking gal. Still, there is sadness, or a fear, that runs deep
inside. She too is seeking….

*Taylor:* Anywhere from 25 to 35 years old. A friend to both Peter and
Rita; perhaps their only friend. A good guy.

*Mrs. Boyle:* 45 to 55 years old. Spacy but still, a very intuitive, smart
lady. Comes off as a space cadet, but knows more than she lets on.

*Dr. Boyle:* 45 to 60 years old. Married to Mrs. Boyle and is devoted to
her. Doesn’t remotely understand her but he nevertheless loves her.

*Minister:* Yes. He/She is a minister. 25 to 100 years old. Male/female.

*Aunt Dorothy/Uncle Fred:* Exactly what they sound like. They are much like
Mrs. Boyle… in their own world. 45 to 60 years old.

*Old Man: 70 to 80 years old.* Was once happy but is now terminally ill.
Still, he was, and still is, a seeker and doer.

*Jamaican Waiter: * A knowledgable man of the island of Jamaica.

*Auditions are open to both AEA and Non-AEA actors.  *

*No Monologues are necessary.   Auditions will be reading from the script.*
