[NEohioPAL] Musical October at Stocker Arts Center

There's something for everyone this month at Stocker! Here's what's
coming up in the first half of the month.

First up, Eileen Burns: Girl Singer - Remembering the Ladies Who Sang
with the Big Bands on October 4 and 5 at 8:00 each evening. Eileen
toured and performed all over the world with the Glenn Miller Orchestra
from 2012-2013.We will celebrate Ella Fitzgerald, Rosemary Clooney,
Peggy Lee, Lena Horne, Doris Day, Kay Starr, Helen Forrest, Jo Stafford
and other songstresses of the 30s, 40s, and 50s with stories and the
songs you remember. Tickets: $15.

Masters of Motown on October 12 at 7:30pm celebrates the artists, music
and style of some of the most iconic names in the history of popular
music who were discovered in the Motor City. You'll hear songs made
famous by The Temptations, Gladys Knight & The Pips, Marvin Gaye & Tammi
Terrell, Smokey Robinson & The Miracles, The four Tops, Diana Ross & The
Supremes and more! Tickets: $27-$36.

We are pleased to welcome Andre Watts to our stage on October 17 at
7:30pm.  Mr. Watts received a 2011 National Medal of Arts given by the
President of the United States. He has toured all over the world and has
performed before royalty in Europe and heads of government. He is one of
today's most celebrated and beloved superstars. Tickets: $15.
