Scenic Carpenter
The Cleveland Play House (LORT B), America’s first regional theatre, is
accepting applications for Scenic Carpenters.  Qualified candidates must be
able to read blueprints and follow instructions.  Knowledge of scenic
construction techniques and rigging is required.  Must be able to work as a
member of a team but also able to take on individual projects and follow
them through to completion.  Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and
able to work from ladders and personnel lifts.  Ability to weld is a plus.
Position starts ASAP and is full time, seasonal. Employee is required to be
a member of I.A.T.S.E. local 27 or willing to join the local upon
