There's Music at Stocker in November...Lots of Music!

On November 9 at 2:00pm & 8:00pm, The Musical Theater Project presents
Big Battle of the Sexes! Join Cassie Goldbach, Nancy Maier, Bill Rudman
and Sean Szaller as they show us that all's fair in love and war....
We'll share witty and charming musical theater songs that explain why
the battle of the sexes so lovingly rages on. The two sides are evenly
matched for good-natured male bashing and female trashing. Don't miss
the fun as they take off the gloves and duke it out. Tickets: $10-15

On November 12 at 7:30pm, we welcome Abba Mania. If you're looking for
an excuse to party, reminisce or simply be entertained by the best music
ever, then Abba Mania is for you! Join in and enjoy all of your
favorites including: Mamma Mia, Voulez Vous, Dancing Queen, Winner Takes
It All, and many more. If you loved the live show or movie version of
Mamma Mia, you're going to love this show! So dig out those platforms,
dust off those flares and thank Abba for the music. Tickets: $10-$36

Live Nation presents An Evening with Michael Nesmith, yes, that Michael
Nesmith, on November 14 at 7:30pm. In a career that has endured for
almost 50 years, Michael Nesmith has made his mark on popular culture as
a songwriter, performer, author, film producer, and actor. In the 1960s
Nesmith found fame as one quarter of The Monkees. As a songwriter he has
written music for such performers as Linda Ronstadt and had his songs
covered by artists ranging from Run DMC to Andy Williams. Tickets: $35,
$45, $85

And last, but not least, The Fantasticks, November 21-23 at 8:00pm and
November 24 at 2pm. "Try To Remember" a time when this romantic charmer
wasn't enchanting audiences around the world. The Fantasticks is the
longest-running production of any kind in the world, and with good
reason: at the heart of its breathtaking poetry and subtle theatrical
sophistication is a purity and simplicity that transcends cultural
barriers. The result is a timeless fable of love that manages to be
nostalgic and universal at the same time. Tickets: $7, $8
