The Cleveland Winds, Cleveland's Premier Wind Band, will be sharing a concert with the Cleveland Youth Wind Symphony II, Symphonic Winds, on Monday, November 18 at 7:30. The concert will be held at Waetjen Auditorium at Cleveland State University. 


The CYWS program will include works by Hazo, Reineke, Sousa, Holsinger and Schwartz. The CYWS wil be conducted by Melissa Lichtler and assistant conductor, Darren Allen. The Cleveland Winds program will include works by Barber, Engebretson, Rindfleisch and Nelson. Dr. Birch Browning will conduct the Cleveland Winds along with special guest conductor, Steve Davis. Guest artists to perform with the Cleveland Winds are saxophonists John Perrine and Griffin Campbell. 

Admission to the concert is free. Parking is free, too, just mention to the parking attendant at the corner of East 21st and Euclid Avenue that you are attending the Cleveland Winds concert.
