Come join us Saturday!

Sample products from gluten-free food and beverage manufacturers, see chef cooking demonstrations and listen to informative lectures at Among the Gluten-Free Awareness Tour Cleveland.  Invited guest speakers include, Thomas J. Sferra, MD and Chief, Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology at UH Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital. There will also be a cooking demonstration by Eddie Tancredi, winner of the Chef of the Year award from the American Culinary Federation.

Many gluten-free food and beverage manufacturers, including Blue Diamond Foods, Snyders-Lance and Rudi's Gluten-Free Bakery will be present. Local vendors participating in the event also include Glam Natural, Norwex and Town Hall.
 
The Gluten-Free Awareness Tour's Cleveland stop is sponsored by Rudi's Gluten-Free Bakery, The Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital.

Doors open at 9 AM. 
The first presentation is at 10:00 AM. Admission is $10, children under 12 are ADMITTED FREE.
