Tai Chi Institute USA presents ~The Movement of Life~ in the form of
ongoing classes every Monday from 6:30-7:30 pm at Bliss Health and Healing
Center, 14055 Cedar Road, Suite 200, Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118.  The
fee is $100.00 for 8 consecutive weeks.

This is a unique program designed especially for those diagnosed with
*Parkinson's/Movement
Disorders*. ~The Movement of Life~,  suitable for all ages, blends the
healing qualities of Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Gong, Meditation, Shaolin Kung Fu
and Acupressure to fine tune and recharge your mental, physical and
spiritual health.

Physical benefits may include improved posture, balance and flexibility,
added strength and endurance, an improved digestive system, increased
muscle and bone density, normalized metabolism, weight loss and a stronger
immune system. Favorable mental and spiritual results include relieving of
tension and stress, releasing anxiety, creating a mind-body connection,
