[NEohioPAL] New independant film makers event Dec. 19th at Capitol Theatre

FILMCLEVELAND!, a new organization dedicated to the promotion of a strong
regional independent film community through professional workshops, funding
promotions, and networking is hosting it's first quarterly meeting Dec.
19th, 7-11 p.m. at  The Capitol Theatre, 1390 W 65th St, Cleveland, OH
44102.  

 

Featured speakers will include Ed O. Ross whose over twenty year feature
film and tv career includes Full Metal Jacket and film veteran Joe Esteveez.


 

There will be a 250.00 cash prize for the Audience Selection Award for best
short or trailer.  Shorts must be under 15 minutes. There is a 25.00
submission fee with deadline of December 9th at midnight.

 

Vendors will be on hand with special event discounts as well as
complimentary food and cash bar benefitting the Scholarship Fund of the
Italian American Brotherhood.
