Greetings!
It is at this time of year that we take a critical look at all that we have accomplished
and to give thanks for all that has transpired. It is a time to take stock.  I want
to thank all those who have allowed me and MKM Management Consulting to join them
this year in their visioning, their struggles, and their triumphs.  Our clients 
are wonderful organizations and leaders and beautiful human beings that work hard
to make a difference in the world.  And for those efforts, I want to personally 
thank you.  Thank you for trusting us to join you in your journey.
This is also the time of year that we look to the future and begin to imagine what
is possible.  We are looking at our organization and setting goals for 2014. We 
also look forward to supporting our existing and past clients to make a bigger impact
on those whom they serve.   We look forward to bringing new Life Mapping offerings
and will be launching our first virtual session on December 30, 2013. For that,

Life Mapping
Monika Moss will be facilitating the first virtual 12-Week Life Mapping Session.
  This series allows you to give yourself the support you need to clarity your goals.
 This small group experience will help you work through the blocks that have kept

Gestalt Organizational Systems Development Weekend Program Starts January 2014
Monika Moss is the co-chair of the Gestalt OSD Weekend Program with John Carter,
 President of the Gestalt OSD Center.  The program starts in January 2014.  Every
Gestalt program is designed to support your personal and professional development
making you more effective in all of your interactions.  John Carter is fond of saying
"Our goal is that our graduates would be able to go into any room with, any number
of people, any where in the world, and make a difference with their presence."  
This is the kind of self mastery that Gestalt offers.
The OSD Weekend Program is one weekend per month for 9 months.  The program is designed
to maximize each participants learning by limiting the class to 12 people and providing
