Hello Ladies and Gents! It is that time of the year again! The 2014
Cleveland Asian Festival is looking for performers who are Asian or
have Asian inspired acts. If you feel you have something unique, fill
out and application and we will review your act.
The Dates: May 17th and May 18th (Saturday and Sunday)
Time: 11AM to 7PM (both days)
Location: 2999 Payne Ave, Cleveland, OH 44114
If you are new to the Cleveland Asian Festival (meaning that you have
not performed there before), please submit a video link for your act in
the form as well.

Stage sizes will be provided 30 days prior of the event. You will
receive an email confirming your schedule and other information like
artist check-in; special parking, etc. The Cleveland Asian Festival
(hereinafter may be referred to as “CAF”) may promote your
organization/group through any of our PR materials and will create a
link to your information/website on the Cleveland Asian Festival
website. Due to limited time slots, not all performances can be
accommodated. All accepted groups will be notified by 4/15/2014 or the
applicant organization may check the CAF website for updates. The
Cleveland Asian Festival Performance Committee will review all
completed applications and notify the performance organization whether
the application has been accepted and whether the organization will be
included in the 2014 Cleveland Asian Festival. The Cleveland Asian
Festival Executive Committee reserves the right to reject, cancel
and/or reschedule any performances at the Cleveland Asian Festival as
they deem necessary. By submitting this application, I represent that
I am a duly authorized representative of the applicant organization
and on behalf of the applicant, its officers, volunteers, employees,
performers, members, affiliates and successors (referred to
collectively as “the applicant”) do hereby waive, release, and forever
discharge any and all rights and claims for damages, demands, or
actions which the applicant has or may hereafter accrue to the
applicant against the Cleveland Asian Festival, Asia Plaza, Saint
Clair Superior Development Corporation, Peaks I and II and its
landlord, the City of Cleveland, events sponsors, affiliate
organizations, and its affiliated owners and all other sponsors,
volunteers and organizers of the Cleveland Asian Festival for any and
all damages and injuries suffered including death, by the applicant in
any manner related to the Cleveland Asian Festival, including but not
limited to publicity, setup, festival events, breakdown, and cleanup
of said events. On behalf of the applicant, I also hereby authorize
the Cleveland Asian Festival to photograph, videotape, film and record
(including but not limited to film, tape, or any other medium), our
appearance, our performance, rehearsals, behind the scenes, or working
as crew; to edit the same at its discretion and to include it with the
performances of others and with sound effects, special effects,
digital effects and music; to incorporate the same into the picture,
trailers, posters or other materials or programs related to Cleveland
Asian Festival; to use and to license others to use such records and
photographs in any manner or media whatsoever, including without
limitation unrestricted use for purposes of publicity, advertising and
sales promotion; and to use any of the applicant’s name, likeness,
voice, biography or other information in connection with the Cleveland
Asian Festival and for any other purpose associated with said
festival. By submitting this application, you agree to all of the
above.
