ABOUT THE PLAY

“One – Singular Sensation…” A Chorus Line is a stunning musical-verite
about a chorus audition for a Broadway musical. It tells of the achingly
poignant ambitions of professional Broadway dancers to land a job in the
show, and is a powerful metaphor for all human aspiration. It is a
brilliantly complex fusion of dance, song and compellingly authentic drama.

*AUDITIONS*

   -

Auditions are being held jointly for Sweeney Todd and A Chorus Line so
you may audition for both productions with one appointment on either of
these dates; it is possible to be in both productions. Callbacks will be
   held separately.
   -

DATES & TIMES - Monday, February 3 OR Wednesday, February 5 between
   7:00pm and 9:00pm.

WHERE - Hathaway Brown School, 19600 North Park Boulevard, Shaker
   Heights, Ohio 44122.

   -

APPOINTMENTS - To make an audition appointment, write to
fsternfeld at hb.edu stating what play(s) you want to audition for and the

audition for multiple productions. If you are unable to make these dates,
an alternate appointment is possible either in person or through Skype.

   -

PREPARATION - Please prepare a one minute memorized musical selection
that is objective driven (pursuing a goal through a song) and a one minute
