*If you regularly find all or part of your Neohiopal mail in your spam
folder, it is important to "train" your system to start recognizing it as
regular mail.  You do this by marking the mail as "not spam" and moving it
to your inbox before opening it and reading it.*

*Under no circumstances should you ever mark Neohiopal as "spam" as this
not only trains the system in the opposite direction, but can lead to your
email service black listing Neohiopal mail for EVERYONE who uses that
system.*
