Join us for an action packed Personal Protection Seminar.  Held Monday,
February 24th from 7pm-9pm, this workshop for women provides unique training
with hands-on-skills needed to protect themselves in any situation. 

This seminar includes:

Awareness of dangerous situations and people
Basic self-defense techniques
When to fight -- when to run 

Suitable for all levels

This workshop is led by Sifu Edward Niam, a Master of Shaolin Kung Fu,
holding the rank of Black Sash. He has 40 years of experience training
people in personal protection.
