BRECKSVILLE LITTLE THEATRE will present playwright Herb Gardner’shit comedy, “A Thousand Clowns,” opening on Friday, March 14 and continuing on Fridays andSaturdays through Saturday, March 29. Friday and Saturday performances are at 8 pm.  There will be one 2 matinee performance onSunday, March 23.  Admission is $12.00with reserved seating.  A BOGO is offeredon opening night, March 14 --- patrons purchasing one admission will receive asecond admission free.
Filledwith laughter and warmth and sweetness and inspired daffiness, this benchmarkof Broadway comedy produced one of the theatre's most beloved roles:unconventional Murray, uncle to precocious nephew, Nick.  An unemployed writer of children’s TV programs,   Murray is raising his 12-year-old geniusnephew in a carefree life style.  It’s1962 and well before dysfunctional families are the norm, so when New YorkChild Welfare Services comes to investigate, the ex-writer must decide whetherto accept conformity in order to show himself a fit guardian.  Should he find gainful employment or lose hisnephew, or...marry the social worker?
