[NEohioPAL] BROADWAY’S COREY MACH OFFERS MASTER CLASS AT BECK CENTER

Broadway actor, Baldwin-Wallace grad, Northeast Ohio native and current star of the National Tour of Flashdance the Musical, Corey Mach will be at Beck Center for the Arts on Monday, April 14 from 5:30-8:30 pm to host a master class for actors ages 9 and up.  The session includes:

·      a talk through of the college audition experience including structure, tips, and recommendations for schools;

·      a talk through of a New York City audition, including attire, resumes, headshots, and dancewear;

·      tips on how to choose the best material when picking songs and monologues;

·      a full coaching for each student, including cuts of 2 different songs or 2 contrasting monologues.
Sponsored by Theater Alliance of Beck Center (TABC), space is limited so reserve your spot as soon as possible.  There is a participation fee of $35.00, payable either by cash or check made out to TABC. Corey Mach made his Broadway debut in 2011 in the revival Godspell, understudying the roles of Jesus and Judas. His most recent Broadway show was the new musical Hands on a Hardbody, which was nominated for three Tony Awards. National Tours: Flashdance the Musical, Wicked, Rent.
