[NEohioPAL] Problem appears to be solved - AOL and YAHOO subscribers are able to post again!

Hi Everybody,

Thanks to the efforts of the Neohiopal webmaster Conrad
Yoder<https://www.linkedin.com/in/conradyoder> and
the writers of the "Mailman" software, it appears that the DMARC
problem<http://www.zdnet.com/aol-yahoo-email-problems-show-limits-of-email-security-7000028783/>with
YAHOO and AOL is solved and subscribers with those email addresses can
post again.

The way the problem was solved is that the "Mailman" software creators
re-wrote their software to create an option for the mail to come directly
from them. All postings will now say "via Neohiopal."

Fortunately, the sender/original poster still shows up in the "reply to"
field so responding to a posting is the same as before.

Hopefully, this will be a permanent solution and no other problems will
occur.
