[NEohioPAL] Open Auditions For Romeo

[Cleveland Shakespeare Festival via NEohioPAL]

The Cleveland Shakespeare Festival will be holding open auditions to fill
the recently vacant role of Romeo in it's upcoming production of Romeo &
Juliet - in rehearsals now and running Fridays through Sundays July 18th
through August 3rd in three central Cleveland outdoor venues. The auditions
will be held from 7:00 to 10:00 PM this Thursday, June 19th at the Coventry
Commons - formerly the Coventry Grade School - 2843 Washington Blvd.
Candidates should bring a head shot and resume as well as be prepared to
cold read with the actress playing Juliet.

This role requires an actor that can portray a high school age student but
we would prefer to cast an actor no younger than 17 years of age.
Realistically, early 20s would be the maximum assuming you have a very
youthful appearance.

This is a stipend-ed role that must be filled by an actor that takes his
craft seriously. You will need to be a quick study and dedicated to joining
an already working cast with a tight rehearsal block.

No appointments. Actors will be seen in the order they sign in.
Actors will not be allowed to sign in after 9:00 PM.
