tenant! Wheelchair restricted tenant with a 2BR Section 8 certificate needs
good housing (this tenant is clean and well-maintained. He wants residence
preferably in Shaker Hts., Warrensville, Bedford, Maple or Garfield (but
not limited to these)--any good, quiet, manicured neighborhood will do.
