	Summer is a GREAT time to try something new or recharge a passion! Our 6-week summer session of Adult Ballet is being offered on Tuesday evenings. Adult Ballet is a place where you get to focus on YOU and give your mind an escape from the everyday bustle and your body a complete and total workout. For sixty minutes a week, you will strengthen and stretch through a low-impact workout. Warmups utilize the ballet barre while center floor consists of dance combinations. Adult Ballet does not focus on leaps and turns but rather a combination of grace and muscle strengthening with a bonus of calorie burning!
