StarDust!
4-6 year olds
Classes Mondays 10:00am-10:45am
June 30th - August 11th 2014
Here’s a fun way for the youngest ones to get their start in theater! This non-stressful approach to basic acting will teach your star how to twinkle! This class will work on imagination, memorization and working together. A brief showcase featuring what they have learned will be presented free for family and friends on the final class day, Monday August 11th at 10:00 AM.

StarLight!
7-12 year olds
Mondays 11:00 am- 12:00 pm
Begins June 30th - August 11th 2014

This class is for students who want to focus on acting. During the course of this program, students will be instructed in improvisation, character work, and voice and movement for acting. The program is designed to benefit children of all abilities and experience levels. Students must have basic reading skills. Studies will culminate in a performance for family and friends Monday August 11th at 11:00 AM.

StarBright! And StarWorks!
7-19 year olds
TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 10:00 am- 1:00pm
July 1st- August 13th 2014

StarBright and StarWorks! is an active and exciting class for teens to study singing, various acting techniques, and dance styles. Students of any experience level are encouraged to attend; Teachers will work with students on finding and workshoping audition materials. Students will develop audition skills, learn about theater history, creating a character, and building confidence. Studies will culminate in a final performance for family and friends Saturday August 16th at 12:00 PM on the Cassidy mainstage.

One Day Only - Intro to theater class!
July 14th 2014 at 12:00 pm- 3:00pm
This one day, three hour course is designed for students who are interested in the arts but don’t have the time for our regular classes. Students will learn theater basics multi-age theater workshop. Program includes an acting workshop featuring games and scene work, a backstage tour including costumes and props, brief theater history and rules, and much more! This introduction to the theater world is meant to broaden students' knowledge of the arts. Space is limited! 

GROUP CLASSES (NEW!)
Great for Youth groups, Boyscout and Girlscout troupes!!
Looking for a fun indoor activity to beat the winter blues? Come have some fun learning all about theatre basics in this one-day, three hour, multi-age theatre workshop. This program will include a fun acting workshop featuring games and scene work, a backstage tour including costumes and props, brief theatre history and rules, and much more! This introduction to the theatre world and is meant to broaden students' knowledge of the arts. It's also an ideal opportunity to have a little "burst" of theatre for those not wanting to sign up for an entire course. This workshop is perfect for Girl or Boy Scout Troops, home schoolers, or kids who just want to try a little sample of theatre!

(Certificate will be presented at the end of workshop for credit towards patches or badges.)
