[NEohioPAL] The City of Akron presents Hansel & Gretel

[Theatre Ahead via NEohioPAL]

Seeking Non-Equity Adult actors of all ethnicities for “Kids For Lunch: The
Story of Hansel & Gretel Continued”. This wildly adventurous and comical
continuation of the classic fairytale will debut at the Civic Theatre on
October 19th. Rehearsals will be held at the Firestone Park Community
Center, Monday through Thursday evenings, beginning September 2nd.
Auditions will be held on July 28th and 30th from 5-8pm at the Firestone
Park Community Center. For audition, please prepare a monologue that best

Avaliable roles:

MARY(aged 30 to 50):​ The beautiful and whimsical school teacher. A Lucille
Ball type.

RUSTY(aged 30 to 50): The tough, broad shouldered janitor. A mafia type.

THE WITCH(ages 30 to 50 6ft or taller, must be male): Offbeat, frightening,
yet hurmous. An Phyllis Diller typer. Must be able to perform stunts.
