I’m downsizing!!!!!!  Now that I am officially retired from CWRU, I am downsizing and will be selling my house and moving to a condo.  My house has been lovingly maintained and has a new concrete driveway, new garage, newer roof, and new storm windows.  The house is sided in a beige tone with a dark green trim.  It is located at 3384 Meadowbrook Blvd in Cleveland Heights.  There are 3 bedrooms and one a half baths, with a finished third floor.  Hardwood floors throughout the house and natural woodwork on the first floor.  The inside has been freshly painted in the last 6 months.
I am asking $110,000.
