Join the action!  This spring Cleveland exploded onto movie screens from the death defying car chases of Captain America: Winter Solider to the gut wrenching tension of Draft Day. Each of these films employed technicians, craftsmen and woman and crew who live and work in the Northeast Ohio region.  Working on motion picture sets requires specific training in the skills, techniques and practices of film crew in specific areas such as camera, lighting, art department, location sound and production.  Cuyahoga Community College now offers training workshops in specific motion picture departments.
Cuyahoga Community College's Motion Picture Training Workshops train individuals on the skills and techniques used in the motion picture industry which includes television, theatrical, commercial and multimedia production, while retaining and growing the Northeast Ohio workforce. All workshops consist of hands-on instruction taught by industry professionals.

Tri-C's Motion Picture Training Workshops focus on specific crew departments and positions.  Each workshop covers the skills, techniques and procedures of one particular department.
