Will Make All Your Rock and Roll Dreams Come True





Land of Cleve Productions is proud to present a new musical debuting right here in the North Coast -- Cleveland! The Musical 

The story takes place in the near future, where Cleveland has become the most popular tourist destination in the country. All the major sports teams have won championships (except the Indians!). Convention business is booming, and the local economy is at an all-time high.

Chuck Hole is a native Clevelander who has made it big in the music world, but has recently fallen on hard times. However, he has never forgotten his former hometown, so the former hair metal god decides to leave L.A. and move back to Cleveland to get his old band The Perks back together. 

But after a disastrous reunion at Progressive Field during Dollar Dog Night, it is clear his bandmates want nothing to do with the "sellout!" Luckily, a mutual friend steps in and convinces the guys to give it another shot.


Now back in his element, Chuck divides his time rehearsing new material with the band with driving around the city and taking in all the new sites and attractions. He also organizes a weekly poker game in his basement with some of his celebrity friends -- LeBron, Johnny, Drew, Superhost, and a guy who plays Ralphie from "A Christmas Story" on Public Square. Chuck has even found a new love interest -- a strong-willed bartender who owns her own place in Tremont.

Everything seems to be going great... that is, until Chuck's ex-girlfriend enters the picture. When she hears he has booked a gig at the House of Blues, she shows up backstage and demands a percentage of the band's profits, since she was the one who got them all together in the first place. They turn her down, but not before she reveals some secrets from their past that threaten to tear the band apart. 

Chuck is conflicted about what to do with the band. While shooting a cameo downtown for "Avengers 4," his castmates help him figure out what is most important to him. He convinces The Perks to record a concept album that will give them a real shot at success. 

Then Chuck gets the call of a lifetime -- his hair metal band is being inducted into the Rock Hall and has been offered a world tour. Unfortunately, he is forced to make a major decision: Should he abandon his longtime friends for another shot at fame?
