There will be 3 sections. Participants can be in one or more segments. ALL that show up will be filmed a good amount.
ALL levels of experience needed,....novice,beginner,advanced. ANY level of physical conditioning.

 Shooting a video Sept,. Saturday 6 1-4:00 p.m

segments---1:30pm-2:00pm Salsa (Men & Women)--please arrive at 1:15pm
                   2:10pm-2:50pm Prenatal Yoga 3:15pm-3:45pm Basics Yoga.(Women only)--please arrive at 2:00pm
                   3:15pm-3:45pm Basics Yoga. (Men & Women)--please arrive at 3:00pm
