Then this intensive is for you. The Horton dance technique incorporates Native American, anatomical studies and other movement influences. In addition it is combined with a variaty of dance styles and choreography. Horton will improve your physical strength and endurance as a dancer as well as privide a good work out and tone muscles. The Horton Technique is a requirement of NYC and LA dance companies and is a whole body anatomical approach to dance. Learn to maximize your flexibility, strength, coordination, and spacial awareness to enable unrestricted, dramatic freedom of expression. This class is recommended for beginner to intermediate Ages 9 & Up!
