Calling all artists, residents, and other stakeholders in the future of the Gordon Square Arts District!
Please join area residents, stakeholder, business owners and artists for the Gordon Square Arts District Community Master Plan Meeting this evening.

This is a prime opportunity to contribute your ideas and represent CPT's perspective as we look to the future of our Arts District. Info is below-we hope to see you there.

Continue the Conversation at the 2nd Public Forum for our Community Master Plan!

The Campaign for the Gordon Square Arts District (GSAD) is complete. This $30 million capital campaign funded major streetscape improvements, added three parking lots, renovated and reopened the historic Capitol Theatre, created a campus for Cleveland Public Theatre, and is building a new Near West Theatre, designed to passive energy standards.

The Community Master Plan explores the next phase of physical, economic and artistic growth of the District to capitalize on the momentum in Cleveland and the near west side, seeking new ways to utilize arts and culture to help improve quality of life, attract creativity, and increase economic vitality.

The first community meeting in August was a lively, robust session on arts identity, connectivity, retail, housing and more.
