The Strange Case of McKinley’s Missing Shirt, cancelled by rain in August, will be presented on October 18.
It is reported that when President William McKinley visited Canal Fulton, he spent the night at the local hotel and left the next day without one of his shirts. The Canal Fulton Players in conjunction with the Canal Fulton Bicentennial Committee had done an investigation and wanted to produce its results as to the whereabouts of McKinley’s Shirt on August 3, 2014 as p...art of the Bicentennial Celebration. Rain cancelled the event. The thirty five minute romp which includes the performances of David Van Gaasbeek, Ray Olivera, Josh Rowe and Michal Donahue will be performed on October 18, 2014 at 7:30 pm at the SALT Box Ministries, 408 West Market Street, Canal Fulton, Ohio. The play will be presented in conjunction with other comedy skits and musical numbers. The cost of this night of Music, Comedy and Fun is $8.00 and will include desserts. Come see the Players reprise the day after the Von Trapps left town, the One Hundred Ten Year Old Baseball Player giving his opinions on the World Series and modern issues of baseball, Who is on First, and music for all ages.
