[NEohioPAL] Kringle's Inventionasium seeking additional male cast member

Greetings, NEOPal!

Kringle's Inventionasium® is currently casting for the role of Ambassador
Sylvester Humblefuss Hiccup. This character is a celebrated, featured
presence in the Inventionasium®, and the position needs to be filled
immediately.* Auditions will be held next Wednesday evening from 7-9pm in
15 minute intervals. *If you cannot make it to that evening's audition,
please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

*Role Requirements:*
- Caucasian male, 21-35
- British accent
- Must be comfortable with improvisation, must enjoy working with children
- Position stipend for the season: $1200 (plus $250 bonus opportunity)
- Full-time availability is HIGHLY preferred, but a part-time schedules
will also be considered.

*Ambassador Sylvester Humblefuss Hiccup*

*Bio:* Ambassador Sylvester Humblefuss Hiccup is a royal figurehead in the
City of North and brother-in-law to Kris Kringle. His presence is required
within the Inventionasium® to perform certain duties as reigning Ambassador
to the Elves. Sylvester also serves as Head of the Decorative committee for
the annual 12 Days Celebration, and is bursting to share his enthusiasm for
this year's theme. Sylvester often acts like a spoiled grownup, but his
youthful enthusiasm for all festivities and dedication to his family
outweigh his snooty disposition.

Signing Up for an Audition

To set up an audition, send an email to sarah at mrkringle.com with the
following information:

a.  Indicate which top three audition slots you are interested in between 7-9pm
on Wednesday, October 22nd

b.  Your preferred contact phone number and email address

c.  Attach *resume **and headshot *to your email.

Please take note:

-Please dress for movement.

-You will be given sides to read; you do not need to prepare anything ahead
of time for the audition.

-Plan on arriving 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to park, find the
Inventionasium® space, and fill out paperwork.

-Parking will be comped, but please make sure to bring your parking ticket
in to the audition.

Once you have emailed sarah at mrkringle.com, you will receive a confirmation
email, which will include a specific schedule of the season and request for
any conflicts, as well as specific information about finding the space in
Tower City.


Rehearsal and Performance Schedule

Rehearsals: Rehearsals will kick off on Friday, October 24th (orientation),
and will take place on Saturday afternoons and two nights/week throughout
the month of November.  Rehearsals will culminate in three preview nights.

The run schedule of Kringle’s Inventionasium: Kringle’s Inventionasium
opens to the public on Friday, November 28th 2014 and runs every day
through its closing day, Tuesday, December 23rd.  Generally, we are open
full days (10 am - 8 pm) on weekends (Fri-Sun) and 3:00-8:00 on weekdays
(Mon-Thurs) with a few exceptions.  When you respond to this email, you
will receive a more specific schedule, as well as a detailed request for
availability/conflicts for the Rehearsal and Run Schedule.
