The Canal Fulton Players Opening Night of The King and I was a wonderful success.  David Derry and Elisha Mueller led a superb cast which included Matthew Harker, Michal Donahue, Faith King, Kyle Zeitz, Ben Harker, Rufus Malone, Charles Hayward, Ray Olivera, Josh Rowe and Avree Allen through the story of an English school teacher confronting the traditions of an ancient land.  Congratulations and thank yous go to Sandra Schmeltzer, Anita Artzner, Charles Hass, Phyllis Staver, Marcus Bryan and the stage crew, the entire AV crew of Northwest High School, the members of the Canal Fulton Community Band, the entire chorus, and all of the people who worked behind the scenes to make this top notch entertainment.  There are plenty of seats remaining for tonight's performance which starts at 7:30 pm at Northwest High School's Puffenberger Auditorium, 8580 Erie Avenue N, Canal Fulton, Ohio.  Tickets can be purchased at the door.  Tickets for tomorrow's matinee at 3:00 pm and next weekend's performances starting on Friday, November 21 at 7:30 pm can be purchased by calling David Van Gaasbeek at 330-494-1022.  Excellent job everyone.  For those who missed last night's performance, you still have five more days to see this wonderful story.
