More rave reviews about “Dearly Beloved” presented by Stow Players and
directed by Michael Cranston.

“Great fun, I highly recommend it.”

“Had a wonderful time and the laughs continued all the way home as we
recalled scenes and lines from the play!”

“OMGosh. If you want an evening filled with laughs, this is the show to
see!”

“Go! If you haven’t seen this show, go! Lots of laughter!”

“Honey Raye's dress and the antebellum outfits are especially noteworthy.”

“The large cast came together well for this sweet comedy…kudos for their
opening night performance.”

“It’s been a long time since we laughed so hard and continuously.”

Wedding bells are ringing in Fayro, Texas and the Futrelle Sisters,

Frankie, Honey Raye and Twink, hope they can pull off one "final Futrelle
occasion" with elegance and style for Frankie’s daughter Tina Jo.

What life shaking news from the doctor does Frankie keep close as she
prepares for daughter Tina Jo's big day? What has possessed Twink to
half-heartedly take charge of her niece’s reception catering as her long
time fiancée, Wiley Hicks, stumbles about the church? Has prodigal Honey
Raye returned to town to celebrate the nuptials or to find husband number
six? Why has Frankie’s husband, Dub, been mysteriously sneaking out lately?
How will Miss Geneva, the local floral shop / bus depot owner, coordinate
the ceremony when the pastor becomes incapacitated? The bride and groom are
discovered missing by Gina Jo, Tina Jo’s twin sister. What does the groom’s
mother, Patsy Price, know about their disappearance and will local Law
Enforcement officer John Curtis be able to track them down and get them
back to the church on time? How can delivery driver, Justin Waverly, save
the day? Why didn’t Nelda Lightfoot, the town psychic, see all this coming?
Why didn’t anyone do their level best to check the expiration date on the
cheese?

The answers to these questions are all revealed in the wonderfully funny,
shockingly on-target skewering of a Texas family told in a number of short,
fast-moving vignettes known as “Dearly Beloved” by Jessie Jones, Nicholas
Hope and Jamie Wooten.
