About the Play:
Brooke Wyeth returns home to Palm Springs after a six-year absence to celebrate Christmas with her parents, her brother, and her aunt. Brooke announces that she is about to publish a memoir dredging up a pivotal and tragic event in the family's history—a wound they don't want reopened. In effect, she draws a line in the sand and dares them all to cross it.

About Brian:
Brian Westerley has lived & worked in Ohio and  Los Angeles.  While in L.A., Brian became an accomplished director, working with The Blank Theatre & Drama West.  He directed the world premieres of “The Day I Said Goodbye” (which he also starred in) & “Shark Tank” (another starring role).  He has also written & directed the plays “Caught Up in a Moment” & “Denial is Not a River in Egypt.”  This year, Brian directed “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof” at Brecksville Theatre on the Square & then, immediately after, starred in the production at Stow Players.  A skilled actor, Brian appeared in the L.A. Opera’s production of “Tosca” at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion.  Brian has won numerous awards for his theatrical work, including trophies for directing (“Aladdin”), Outstanding Supporting Actor (“Twilight of the Golds”) & three in a row as Outstanding Lead Actor (“Butterflies are Free,” “A Christmas Story” & “Peanutman”).  He
has been seen in productions of "Dearly Departed," “Jake’s Dilemma,” “Next Fall,” “Confessions from the Ladies Room” & “Wait Until Dark.”  In the new year, Brian will be relocating to New York City.
