[NEohioPAL] THURSDAY: Two Art Openings in Kent

This Thursday from 5-7 p.m. in Kent, catch the opening receptions for two art exhibits at the Kent State University School of Art. "Wearable Spaces," a solo exhibit by Kent State Fashion School Director J.R. Campbell, will open in the Downtown Gallery (141 E. Main St.). Meanwhile, the School of Art Gallery (Art Building, 400 Janik Dr.) will host "M.F.A. 2015," the graduate student biennial, which features work by the 26 artists currently pursuing their M.F.A. full-time at the School of Art.

"Wearable Spaces" will be open Jan. 14 - Feb. 14 at the Downtown Gallery. Gallery hours are Monday-Wednesday 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Thursday 9:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.; Friday 9:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.; and Sunday noon - 5 p.m.

"M.F.A. 2015" will be open Jan. 14 - Feb. 13 at the School of Art Gallery. Gallery hours are Tuesday-Friday 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
