The BW Conservatory Outreach Department provides quality arts education to students of all ages, infants to retirees, and all levels, beginners to pre-professionals.

Classes for children, teens and adults<http://www.bw.edu/academics/conservatory/outreach/classes/>:

Children’s Piano Class - for ages 5 to 10 years
Parents will work together with their children to learn the basics of piano.  Saturday 12:00–12:50, beginning February 7, 2015.

Our Triple Threat Music Theatre Program (for grades 4th through 10th) is for students wishing to improve their singing, acting and dancing skills.  Semester focus: Mary Poppins, including skype talk with Dominic Roberts, BW Music Theatre Graduate, who covered the role of Bert in the National Touring Company.  Saturdays, 9:00 - 11:00 am, beginning February 14, 2015.

Music+Rhythm+Movement<http://www.bw.edu/academics/conservatory/outreach/prep/dalcroze/> (ages 5 to 8 years) uses Dalcroze Eurhythmics exercises to help children develop coordination and musical expression.  Music+Rhythm+Movemement also starts on February 14th from 2:00 – 2:40.

Suzuki Strings<http://www.bw.edu/academics/conservatory/outreach/prep/suzuki/> is for (ages 5 to 10 years).  Through weekly private lessons, group classes and strong parent involvement, students learn to play the violin as a member of a musical family much like learning their first language.

Women's Honors Chorale - for women in high school and ages 18+.
Rehearsals started Monday, January 26, 2015 but new members are welcome!

New Horizons Orchestra & New Horizons Band - This group is for adults interested in playing a woodwind, brass or percussion instrument; perfect for those with no experience or for those who played during their school days.  Orchestra will begin on February 17th & Band will begin on February 18th.

Private Lesson<http://www.bw.edu/academics/conservatory/outreach/prep/lessons/> teachers for all instruments, including voice, music theory, composition and music therapy, are available for beginning to experienced students.
