Spotlights’ 2015 Cabaret Series:
Mike and Mary
February
27 & 28
The Broadview Heights Spotlights’
2015 Cabaret Series continues with local musical duo, “Mike and Mary.” Mary Osburn lends her voice to songs from the
American Songbook, accompanied by Mike Elkins on piano. The evening will feature songs by legendary
composers, such as the Gershwins, Irving Berlin, and Harold Arlen. Audience members will surely recognize many
of the standard tunes, and encounter a few new gems along the way.
Osburn has a strong
musical theater background, having appeared in productions at the Beck Center,
Huntington Playhouse, Clague Playhouse, and a number of other venues in the
area. Elkins plays keyboards in the Dan Zola Orchestra, studied jazz piano for
many years with the late Hank Kohout, a Cleveland jazz legend. More information
about them can be found on their website, http://www.mikeandmarymusic.com/

Performances will be Friday,
February 27 and Saturday, February 28 at 7:00PM at the Spotlights Theater, 9543
