[NEohioPAL] Sweetheart Swing Dance in Lakewood Friday, February 13th! Dance Lessons! Live Music!

Regardless of wether you have a sweetheart, need a sweetheart or could care less about sweethearts you are welcome to join us for this special Sweetheart Swing Dance!

The cost of the dance is $12 per person or $10 for students and seniors with a valid ID. If you are brand new to the Get Hep Swing dances you may attend for only $5 your first time. 

Be sure to arrive in time to take part in the easy jitterbug lesson from 8pm to 9pm

Immediately after the lesson (at 9 PM) Swing City Big Band will kick off an awesome night of music and swing dancing until 12am. Swing City will be playing every song they know about love, lust, longing, sweethearts, and all things sappy and sexy! 

We feature a variety of local and national swing, jazz, jump blues, big band and early rock and roll dance bands. You are welcome to join us just to enjoy the music. These events are fun even if you don't dance. 

Everyone is welcome to come and have fun with us at the swing dance. There is no need to have previous dance experience or a dance partner.

We have some very fun activities and mixers planned for this dance to celebrate Valentine's Day....with prizes too! 

Most people dress casually. The best shoes to wear are comfortable and not too sticky on the bottom.

The Lakewood Masonic Temple is located at 15300 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio 44107. There is a parking lot in the back and plenty of street parking available too. Please enter the building through the front double doors. 

Please let us know if you will be celebrating your birthday at the dance or if you are bringing 10 or more people. We may be able to offer you some special discounts.
