[NEohioPAL] UA Theatre Auditions: Hands Up: 6 Playwrights, 6 Testaments

The University of Akron Theatre Arts Program are holding auditions for
 *Hands Up: 6 Playwrights, 6 Testaments *

Auditions will be on Monday March 9th from 5:00-7:00 pm
                                Tuesday March 10th from 7:00 - 9:00 pm
Auditions will take place in Sandefur Theatre in Guzzetta Hall on the
campus of The University of Akron. 137 Buchtel Ave.

Performance dates: April 10 & 11 at 7:30pm in Sandefur Theatre, Guzzetta
Hall

Seeking African American males 17 and older. Monologues will be read from
the play.

*Hands Up* is a collection of six monologues written for The New Black Fest
in New York and was created in response to the events in Ferguson and the
#BlackLivesMatter movement.
