Compagnie Käfig, an innovative ensemble led by French-Algerian
choreographer Mourad Merzouki, has become an international phenomenon,
touring the world to sold out performances and rave reviews. Inspired by
the stories of eleven young dancers from Brazil, Merzouki, created Correria
and Agwa—two heart-stopping works that showcase a sensational combination
of athletic samba, hip-hop and capoeira dance styles. The all-male company
from Brazil exhibits theatrical intelligence and is gifted with
irresistible personality and astonishing dancing. Bursting with fun, humor,
and vitality, Compagnie Käfig is a celebration of life and dance. The
