WHEN:  Saturday April 11th 2015 

                        

TIME: 5:30 PM (Registration begins at 5:00 PM)

               $15.00 Registration Fee (cash or check only), Resume, and Headshot

 

**Audition will include modern/ballet barre technique warm-up, followed by multiple RED repertory selections. Interviews may take place after audition**

RED SEEKS 1-2 PROFESSIONAL DANCERS WITH STRONG MODERN/BALLET/JAZZ TECHNIQUE AND DYNAMIC PERFORMANCE SKILLS FOR THE 2015 SEASON. DANCERS MUST HAVE STRONG COMMITMENT TO REHEARSAL AND PERFORMANCE PROCESS. COMPENSATION BASED ON EXPERIENCE. **All professional dancers must be 18 years old**

 

RED ALSO SEEKS 3-4 APPRENTICE DANCERS. APPRENTICE POSITIONS ARE FOR TALENTED DANCERS WHO SEEK PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AND PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE

**Apprentice Dancers ages 18-25 years old** 

APPRENTICE POSITIONS ARE NON -COMPENSATED. 

 

RED Company real.edge.dance is Akron’s premiere professional modern dance company under Artistic Director/Founder Kelli Sanford. RED creates an eclectic, dynamic style of dance that is entertaining and thought-provoking. RED offers annual public performances, educational modern dance technique classes, Apprentice Training Program, and Outreach Performances to Nursing Homes throughout the Akron-Canton area. 

 

**Dancer positions will be May 2015- February 2016**
