(JACKSON DEVEROUX) Caucasian, mid-late 20s, a professional hockey player,
with an adorable smile and unknowing sexuality, that lights up the room.
He’s just been traded to his hometown team. He’s known as an enforcer on
the ice, but has a weakness for being attracted to all the wrong women
which has left him a bit vulnerable. His fresh start as a new resident in
the building is jeopardized when he meets Emily who lives one floor above…

(DEVIN CROSS) African American, late 40s retired military who has a healthy
balance of ruggedness and intelligence. His father is a former employee of
the old Exeter Meat Company and went missing. Devin has always been
suspicious that the old building played a role in his father’s
disappearance. With the new Exeter Lofts, he finally has the opportunity to
learn the truth first hand and is anxious to use his skills and experience
in intelligence-gathering to finally uncover the truth…SUPPORTING LEAD

(BLAIN CORNISH) Late 50’s to mid-60s a pompous professorial-type. He is a
longtime representative of the National Historical Society. He’s an expert
in old buildings, architecture, and related history. He is particularly
unnerved with the task of presenting national historical recognition to the
Exeter Lofts – a building he despises, as it was once a slaughterhouse with
a particularly dark history… SUPPORTING
