Take a musical journey through history with the Note-oriety Show Choir as the 30-member mixed adult chorus presents its 2015 Spring Spectacular!

"An Evening at the Museum: A Musical History Tour" under the direction of R. Scott Posey will be presented at 7pm in the Solon High School Performing Arts Center (33600 Inwood Drive in Solon) on June 18, 19, 20. Tickets are $12 at the door with special rates for seniors and children.

The two-hour performance includes great music
from shows including Les Miserables, Ragtime, Hairspray, and Guys and Dolls, pop tunes like Lorde's "Royals", Madonna's "Vogue" and Sting's "Russians", and classics like "Fly Me to the Moon" and "Too Darn Hot". With a beautiful backdrop, the show has costumes, choreography and a six-piece orchestra, led by accompanist Ann Michael, all following a "museum tour format" with slides and voice-overs to carry you back through time.

The Note-oriety Show Choir (formerly known as the Selrec Singers) meets weekly throughout the year in Solon. Auditions are held in September...all who love to sing are welcome! The group has performed at such venues as Playhouse Square, the Hard Rock Rocksino (with Foreigner), Solon Home Days and at various facilities and venues throughout Northeastern Ohio. Earlier this year, the group performed for the second time with The Musical Theater Project as it presented "Hello, Dolly!"

For more information on auditioning for the group or booking the group for your next event, contact Staci Vincent at stacilynv at aol.com. In the meantime, come check out our musical tour through history at Solon High School this weekend!!!

See you at the show!
