While in Cleveland for the festival, Le Bod, the creatrix of CAB​ARRET​Barre+Burlesque Fitness, will be teaching her signature dance fitness class at The Movement Factory on July 31st. This class combines the sculpting and toning of barre exercises with cardio burlesque dance. The workout is specifically created to tone and tighten, making women strut out of class feeling confident, sexy and empowered. Currently, classes are only available in various locations in South Florida, as well as Pennsylvania and Alberta, Canada. Le Bod and burlesque classes were recently highlighted on TotalBeauty.com as a great workout.
