The year is 1868. The effects of the Civil War remain profound throughout the land. The new musical  "Summer Days Gone By" follows the lives of four children in post-Civil War America. 

The Lantern Theatre presents the World Premiere Summer Days Gone By: More Writings of James Whitcomb Riley created with music by Bill Hoffman.
