[NEohioPAL] AUDITIONS; B-W MEN'S CHORUS

Baldwin Wallace Men's Chorus.  B-W Conservatory Community Outreach, Boesel
Musical Arts Center, 49 Seminary St., Berea.  Seeking new members (college
students and men from the community) to join 100-member group, to perform a
half-dozen concerts, plus live Christmas-season performance on WCLV, and
singing the National Anthem at an Indians game, during the 2015-2016 season
(August 25th to early May).  Auditions 3-10 PM Monday, August 24th.
Contact director Frank Bianchi (fbianchi at bw.edu) to schedule an audition or
for questions about the Chorus.  Previous musical experience (instrumental
or vocal) and basic knowledge of music reading and pitch matching are
preferred.  Come prepared with a classical (art) song or Broadway piece
that shows your vocal range, or you can sing "My Country  'Tis of Thee"
(accompanist provided).  Rehearsals are Tuesdays 7-9 PM at Baldwin Wallace
University.  Annual membership costs are $50 for students and $150 for
community members, with some scholarships available.  Selections from past
performances can be viewed on the BW Men's Chorus Facebook page and on
YouTube.
