Audiences are raving!! *Gilda **Shedstecker** Presents!* a solid hit at the
Kathleen Howland Theatre with a new parody of The Golden Girls. *GSP**!*
fondly and gently pokes fun at beloved Bea Arthur, Rue McClanahan, Betty
White, and Estelle Getty as the iconic culture sensation of the 1980s, The
Golden Girls, paying homage to many of their fans' favorite moments from
the show. Michael Burkhardt stars as Rose, Brad Vincent as Blanche, Joey
Anderson as Sophia, and Bart Herman as Dorothy, with Manuel Halkias as the
ever-present and super-underachiever Stan Zbornak. The cast also includes
Patrice Rittenhouse, Kitty Deames Burgett, Ellen Fox, Stephon Harris, Grace
Worley, Paige Worley, Linda Alexander-Radak, Frances Hall, Tiffeny Brown
and Trudy Koehler.

Final performances are this weekend September 25, and 26 at 8:00 pm, at
Kathleen Howland Theatre at 2nd April Galerie, 324 Cleveland Ave NW Canton
OH. The content of this play is similar to the comedy in the original show,
appropriate for children if they watch the reruns. Directed by Doug
Tennant, stage manager is Tawny Plumley Burkhardt.
