*Description:* ng for her. She’s sexy, has a good job, and engaged to
Derrick who is a very prominent attorney. Her best friend Janet is in a
totally different place in her life. She’s a single mom who suffers from
low self-esteem. She has a deep desire to love and be loved. Because she is
constantly rejected by men and fails to receive the same kind of attention
that Vanessa gets she’s convinced that she will never experience the same
kind of happiness that it appears Vanessa has.
As a law student Janet desires to represent clients who can’t afford lawyer
expenses. It’s her way of contributing her gifts in areas that she was
deprived of. She’s hindered by the weakness of a very small perception of
herself, while thinking so highly of others. Vanessa’s confidence comes off
as arrogance to Janet when it should replicate an example of a high
self-image.
Vanessa’s responsibility becomes staying strong for Janet while secretly
her relationship with Derrick isn’t what it seems. Janet craves the
experience of a loving relationship while Vanessa struggles with the
frustration that comes with keeping one together. Janet wants
companionship, while Vanessa wants singleness. Janet perceives the hard
work that it takes to keep a relationship together is better than
loneliness. To the contrary, Vanessa would rather be lonely than deal with
the weight of being in a unhappy relationship. Two friends who want
happiness, but require different ways to obtain it.
Unfortunately, Janet makes very unhealthy decisions that she never
imagines. Her choices are made by her internal sufferings, and not her
morals. Because her decisions people she loves get hurt in the process.
Lives are about to change more than she ever thought possible. This jaw
dropping drama revolves around a friendship that is put to the test.
Vanessa is the confident one who has everything going for her. She’s sexy,
has a job she loves, and engaged to Derrick. He’s a very prominent attorney
who’s never lost a case. Her best friend Janet is in a totally different
place. She’s a single mom suffering from low self-esteem, but has a deep
desire to love and be loved. Because she’s constantly rejected by men and
don’t receive the kind of attention that Vanessa does. She’s convinced that
love will never happen for her.

Unfortunately, Janet begins to make unhealthy decisions she never imagined.
Her decisions are motivated by her inner sufferings. Lives are about to
change more than she ever thought possible.

*Description: * Marco is the prosecuting attorney. He's had romantic
feelings for Derrick since law school, and nothing’s changed. He doesn't
take no for an answer, and when he has to theirs trouble.

*Description: *Vanessa is the best friend of Janet and Derrick’s fiancé.
Very attractive. She is the confident one who feels she is the most
beautiful woman in the world. She loves to dress. Her self-value lies
externally in her beauty.

*Sara Jones*

*Description: Sara is on trial for murder being defended by Derrick.  *She
is into the streets and older men. She targets married men to protect
herself from commitment. Her wild behavior is the product of her parents
rejection. She is full of gifts and talents that has not been tapped into.
