Here's a chance to see a great 1968 Kander & Ebb show you may have missed —
based on the wildly popular novel and film *Zorba the Greek*, starring
Anthony Quinn. “I believe in grabbing at life,” says a force of nature
called Zorba. “Every minute is a new minute. Never happened before.” This
stirring tale captures the spirit of Greece and celebrates a people who
embrace love, life and death with equal passion. “I Am Free,” proclaims
Zorba in song, and you are bound to be moved by his credo. TMTP’s
in-concert presentation, directed by *Terri Kent*, features *Fabio Polanco*
in the charismatic title role.

*Music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb, book by Joseph Stein, adapted
from Zorba the Greek by Nikos Kazantzakis | Directed by Terri Kent | Music
direction by Nancy Maier | Featuring Fabio Polanco and members of the Kent
State University Musical Theatre Program*

*Co-produced with Beck Center and Kent State University*

*Join us for a special post-show discussion with the performers, director
Terri Kent and Bill Rudman.*
