Ensemble Theater's Colombi New Plays Festival Preview

 Please join us for a sneak peak at two new plays written by local playwrights Cynthia Dettelbach and Rannigan Walsh. Both plays will be produced in March/April during the Colombi New Plays Festival at Ensemble Theatre. The playwrights will share with you their journey of writing their plays and provide previews of their scripts. 

Choices by Cynthia Dettelbach (March 17 - 27)
On the eve of the Fox family’s engagement party for their younger son Bill to the “right” girl, elder son Elliot brings home his Muslim girlfriend. And that’s only the beginning of events that shake the foundations of this Midwest Jewish family.

A Kind of Courage by Rannigan Walsh (March 31 - April 10)
A young woman’s secret about being trafficked will prove to be a challenge for her future marriage plans.
