The premise: Take Harry, a short-order cook from Brooklyn, and Kathleen, a Scarsdale socialite, and put them together in this quirky, romantic comedy. Kathleen has tracked down Harry in hopes of buying his one-of-a-kind vanity license plate, but Harry’s not budging.
